Brian fascinates with extraordinary knowledge and inspires you to reconnect with nature by foraging those edible wonders on the sea shore. Brian shows how exciting it is to identify and to use what’s out there that’s in season.y.
Depending on seasons and tides you will forage in Connemara or the Burren – an unspoilt area of Ireland with stone walls, small fields, rugged mountains and beautiful beaches (Connemara) or a limestone plateau with very little growing, but you find plants from all over the world that have been deposited there after the last ice retreated, growing between the cracks in the stone (Burren).
Pick up from your accomodation and drop off + Drive to a beach in Galway or Clare ♥ + 3 hour walk along the beach discovering seaweeds and sea vegetables
